Suggestion: support markdown link within xml documentation

This looks like a rare case but I just make the suggestion.
Edit: this screenshot shows the summary for an API from a Unity's package. I have no control over this part.

Use HTML link instead: <a href="url">title</a>

Actually what's in the screenshot is outside of my control. It's from Unity to be precise.

Please tell them to do so.
I see some other open projects also use the <a> element.
