Please confirm the following:

• I'm running the latest release of Home Assistant.
• I'm running the latest release of this integration.
• I did not find an existing issue describing this problem.
• I did upload the diagnostics-file that I could retrieve from the 'Devices & Services Page'
• I did upload the relevant debug logs (via 'Enable Debug Logging'-feature or by manually configuring HA logging)

I can confirm the same issue on 1.4.1, reverting back to 1.3.3 solves the issue.

This is a very strange bug, as I cannot reproduce it consistently. I've added some extra logging to debug the issue for now.

I also noticed that when I changed batteries_capacity_control_mode to Active capacity control, batteries_charge_from_grid became unavailable.
