Add versioning for docs at Major bumps

It'd be great if previous major version bumps were maintained in the docs, aside from the migration guides, for people who can't immediately upgrade, similar to how https://reactnavigation.org/ handles it

That's a great idea.
We are currently working on migrating our docs to Docusaurus so later on this is something we can check out
