Improve validations #1889
Description
Improve validations when sending transactions:
- Avoid typing more than 9 decimals when sending wit, add the corresponding validation with the rest of the wit units
- Improve error view when selecting fees. Avoid showing the error in each of the fees boxes, instead show general error at the bottom of the form.
