Changes
This changes addresses the issue that the state if SolidJS components would not be retained when using
transition:persist.It introduces a reactive store to update the props passed to the root component after initialization (similar approach as the React integration is using).
Related to #11854
Testing
E2E test was added.
Docs
Only a fix, so no docs update should be needed.
