Support tag parameter in message() method

Hey!  
I’m using different tagged versions of my Wit.ai app and would love to be able to specify a `tag` when calling the `message()` function. The API supports it, but `pywit` doesn’t expose it yet.

It’d be great if we could pass an optional `tag` param—would make testing different versions much easier.
