I found out the other errors I was experiencing was due to ACF-3 hooking into certain gates, which is.. not a wiremod issue. Will merge this fix as it caused FPGAs to error on certain input updates |

So far I've fixed an error regarding infinite loop detection, just keeping this pull request open as I find and fix more issues
