feature: App Builder, Exit Edit Mode

In the App Builder, it would be convenient if there was a quick way to exit the edit mode of an application. After making changes I typically go to the deployed app (in view/operator mode) to do final testing.

Right now I have to manually change the url or go to the home page then navigate back out to the app in question.

I could see this being implemented as a link in the top of the app builder or perhaps as an option when deploying the app.
