Per https://confluence.atlassian.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=79986990 total percentage covered should be conditionals + statements + methods. "elements" represents conditionals + statements so including "elements" would skew the percentage calculation.
This should always be redundant with the top-level project metrics.
