test against virtualized proxmox environment #29

Description

@willjasen

an idea i have for the future is to have github actions spin up a temporary worker that can connect to a proxmox host over tailscale, deploy a vm template, create 3 linked clones, and run the project against those to ensure an entire suite test. baby steps...

    there already is a script that can run this function for internal tests, but the github actions piece isn't created yet.

    while the github actions part is still not a thing, i have started down the road of refactoring the testing image scripts so that a custom image no longer needs to be maintained - instead, a vm of proxmox will be setup and installed via an official proxmox iso and an answer file to perform automated setup. i have gotten to the point where the automated setup succeeds, resulting in a fresh. proxmox 9.2 install in a vm with full network connectivity and that has package dependencies required by tailmox installed.

    next up will be to further along those scripts so that the successful proxmox vm setup gets shutdown, converted into a vm template, and then linked clones can be created from it, and another script will interact with those vm's using qm terminal to run the tailmox functions like stage, test, and ultimately cluster.
