ci(stryker): raise the mutation break threshold 50 → 80#44
Merged
Conversation
The full-project mutation score is now 96.26% (after #42/#43), so the gate can be ratcheted up from its initial floor. Thresholds become high:90 / low:80 / break:80 — coherent (break == low, the red zone) and meaningful: changed code must clear 80% mutation-kill to merge, while config-touching PRs (which force a full run) pass comfortably against the 96% baseline. Ratchets the Stryker gate now that the full-project score is 96.26% (after #42/#43).
break50 → 80 — changed code must clear 80% mutation-kill to merge.low60 → 80,high80 → 90 — keeps the thresholds coherent (break == low = the red zone; warning 80–90; green ≥ 90).Config-touching PRs force a full run, which passes comfortably (96% > 80); for new code the diff-gate now enforces the higher bar. Verified locally: full run exits 0 at the new threshold. Easy to dial back to ~70 if it proves too strict during M2.
