gromp can now successfully be installed through PyPI! Woooo! 🔥

Changes:

• Move api package to root of module
• Change all relative imports to absolute
• Update pyproject.toml packages conf
• Modify __init__.py of root module to follow changes

Why don't you try it out, let me know how the api feels like.
