This PR uses the tools added in wildfly/wildfly#17074 to reorganize the WildFly docs, generating the necessary redirects. I've split this up into multiple commit so that it's easier to follow the changes being made, and they can be squashed later on.
Becuase the redirects are dependent on absolute URLs, it's a bit messy to edit all of the files for a local branch. The easiest way to test the changes is by running this web server image I created (source code):
