Notes

  • This PR adds a Data Controller for the YiR feature with basic methods for creating, fetching, and deleting the YiR reports
  • Other methods for creating slides will be done in following tickets

Test Steps

  1. No test steps, make sure unit tests pass
  2. Not testable via UI
