There are two ways of installing EBG: using conda or pip:
conda install ebg -c conda-forge
pip install ebg
Important: EBG requires an installation of RAxML-NG on your system. If it is available in your PATH variable, it works out of the box.
If not, please specify the absolute path to the binary when calling EBG with -raxmlng PATH_TO_RAXMLNG.
