adds the count of heap blocks and the total allocated heap bytes for each process. note that thread.list now also includes dead threads that have exited already but didn't free *all* of their allocated heap. make sure to have CONFIG_HEAP_TASK_TRACKING enabled to get heap information in thread.list - please note that either CONFIG_HEAP_POISONING_LIGHT (recommended) or CONFIG_HEAP_POISONING_COMPREHENSIVE will be required as well.
