The following elements have varying levels of special parsing rules:​

option is not in this list. Is this intentional? It makes a difference for "li", "dd", "dt", Any other end tag (in body) and AAA. If it is intentional we should have a note clarifying this. It's unclear to me whether menuitem should be in the list or not when changing it from void in #907

WebKit/Blink/Gecko have the same DOM.

It seems option (and non-void menuitem) should not be "special".
