Script event-loop: ignoring tasks for documents that are not fully active

A question on this, what is meant exactly with "ignoring" tasks whose associated Documents are not fully active. Can those tasks be dropped, or should they be kept in the task-queue in case the document becomes "fully-active" later(If that is actually possible)?

It's part of a clause about choosing, and meant to apply to the process of choosing. So your second interpretation is correct. Any ideas on how we can make that clearer?

Perhaps the below?

Let oldestTask be the oldest task, whose document, in the case of a browsing context event loop, is fully active, on one of the event loop's task queues, if any.

Personally it was the usage of "ignoring" that made me wonder whether those should be "processed, yet ignored", as opposed to "not picked".
