This PR generates artifact.zip file containing gwemix binary for running testnet or mainnet.
Gwemix is built whenever commit is pushed on devnet,
dev,master branches.The artifacts can be found on workflows.
For public repo, in default, GitHub Actions is free and retains artifacts for 90-day.
