Windows Mega issue

• Don't adjust home folder of Ubuntu installation (this causes issues with ~/.julia stuff
• Git bash for Windows
• Maybe figure out better way to use Windows terminal instead of ubuntu terminal?
• Better trouble-shooting around VS code using Ubuntu vs Windows
