v20210323: suggestion: add 'start updater service' to plugin webpage

Setting avnav-updater not to autostart is a sensible option for everyday use.
This can be done easily in openplotter-avnav installer:

When opening the update-plugin page via WebApp however, an option to start the service would be nice to have.
Otherwise you must either issue a SSH command or establish a VNC session to start it via openplotter-avnav installer

This enhancement is even more important, as the updater service must be up and running
to access AvNav restart, edit config and view log options

Basically this is mainly an issue for OpenPlotter and needs to be addressed there.
When you do a "normal" install the updater is always up and running. Starting it from AvNav will require some effort in the plugin - and needs sufficient rights. But most probably could be done. At the end it requires some effort to give the user a feedback.
And btw: You don't need the update plugin any more for accessing the logs, restarting or changing (most parts of) the config. Can all be done from within AvNav.
