Check ITS Taxon data

• Submit sequences for some of the identified taxon in the ITS Blast sequence read file and save results. (Include some of the sequences where a single species has multiple OTUs associated with it

• Check if these results give more than one possible species

• Check these results against some trnL BLASTs using OTUs in our data identified to species. Are similar cutoffs being used?
