get room timeout after remove a member

Describe the bug
After the administrator remove a member from a room, python-wechaty will receive a room-leave event. This event will reload the room-payload which is dirty in server, and it leads to this error.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. remove a member from a chat-room
2. python-wechaty will have a greate time-delay on room-leave event.

Mark, facing this issue as well. After removing a member from a chat room, room.ready(force=True) still with error

This issue is fixed with _dirty feature.
