New slides are always added at the end of the presentation

Currently, creating a new slide by clicking the plus button always appends the new slide after the last slide. This means that there is no easy option to add a new slide between two existing slides. This should be fixed.

**Expected behavior**
Clicking the plus icon should insert the new slide after the current slide instead of the last slide.
