What is the current behavior?

The webpack docs for the cli serve command options are missing. Here's the link to the main page

Which reads

A list of CLI options for serve is available here

When you click on "here", it redirects to this page https://github.com/webpack/webpack-cli/blob/master/SERVE-OPTIONS.md

which shows a 404 NOT FOUND

@cheng-github in future we will always add v flag to options, so we should just change link
