In the documentation, the naming convention on the side menu and the top menu conflict.

For instance, to get to the list of default plugins, you need to go to the Plugins link in the top sub-menu, however there are so many similarly named links and paths in these menus that it always takes me a while to find it. For instance:

  • Concepts -> Concepts -> Plugins
  • Concepts -> Configuration
  • Concepts -> Plugins
  • Configuration -> Plugins
  • Configuration -> Plugins -> Plugins
  • Plugins

Compounding this issue is that the top sub-menu (Concepts, Configuration, API, Guides, Loaders and Plugins) is the same color and size as pretty much all the other text, and it's on a light grey background, reducing it's contrast even further. For the longest time, I didn't even know the top sub-menu was there.

I would very much like to see on the side menu, a simplified format that combines all the plugins links from above under one roof. Something like this:

  • Getting Started
  • Upgrade Paths
  • Plugins
    • Built-in Plugins w/specs
    • How they work
    • Configuration
    • Building your own
  • Modules
    • Configuration
    • How they work
    • Building your own
  • Etc.
