add new documentation for separated clients 

1) add a new page that explains how to add webida client apps in desktop-hosted web server, not using app server & update-system-apps.sh. show nginx configuration example, especially. 
2) add a new page that explains how to manage oauth clients for the apps hosted in some external web servers.
