google analytics should be disabled by default #109
Description
evey html pages in dashboard has 'hard-coded' google analytics code
- separte scripts into some js file
- make it respect some config file like site-config.json
- user should be able to set enable/disable GA in the configuration file
some site-specific code like UA-* should be also supported by the configuration
