Display plug-in information in "Plugin Configurator"

Dear,
That's good to introduce "Plugin Configurator" to manage plug-ins.

Please consider following small improvements:

• Display plug-in information
  ** Although most plug-ins have self-descriptive id, I think it's better to display version and description. e.g. How can a user know what is 'uid-menu-items'?
• Align with menu label ("Plugin Setting") and dialog label ("Plugin Configurator")
  ** Ellipsis should be suffixed in the menu label like "Plugin Configurator..."

And for just curiosity,
Can a user disable 'webida.plugin-setting'?
If "Plugin Configurator" is removed from menu, how can he restore it?

@cimfalab I think so. I wasn't able to work with details you mentioned above because of lacks of time. I'll do the jobs, displaying plugin information and disabling turn off on all core plugins, after new plugin system is implemented completely.
