[Guest Mode] Dashboard is reachable from guest mode.

Dashboard is reachable from guest mode.

1. Select 'Try it' button for Guest Mode .
2. Select email address on the right top of IDE.
3. Select 'Dashboard' in the list.

Guest mode cannot access to dashboard as I know. However, with the route I mentioned above,
guest can access to dashboard and make new workspace ....

I think dashboard shouldn't be reachable when guest mode.
