This PR will close Issues #553 and #615.

Instead of caching a value, the project now references the version of webforJ it's using as the latest.

The following now reference the webforJ version:

  • Badge number in the navbar
  • Announcement banner with a blog link
  • JavadocLink.js component

Note

The version number will not display if you're only running the npm package because it's using a variable from the pom file.

Looks good - I'll need to test this with the release blog, and we'll need to determine which PRs roll the version, but this change looks good to me!
