whenURI event bug

Set uri from the server side code using browserPage.setURI method then click on back button on the browser, it doesn't trigger the whenURI event.

The workaround for this bug till wffweb-12.0.2 is to call wffGlobal.getAndUpdateLocation(); inside the wffGlobalListeners.onSetURI function implementation in the project. This bug will be fixed in 12.0.3 version.

    this.onSetURI = function(event) {
        wffGlobal.getAndUpdateLocation();
