Replace SASS with plain CSS

It's strange to install a huge pack of dependencies to compile one simple file

Ruby, Gem, Compass, SASS, grunt-contrib-compass, grunt-contrib-cssmin, grunt-contrib-imagemin, grunt-svgmin, jshint-stylish, grunt-usemin, optipng-bin..... really?

main.scss can be replaced with plain CSS file or compiled by grunt-sass
