- flamingo and basic example with new three.module.js - all required libs in the repository
- npm packages upgrade and dist lib rebuild

This PR will perform the upgrade of all the examples to three.js v169, and ARnft-threejs using this version too. I will test if it is required to provide a module version of ARnft or not.
Final note: I have updated all the examples to the importmap and i provided a new ARnft version
ARnft.module.js.
