Bootstrap CLI Tool

This repository should expose as its main/binary artifact a CLI tool for scaffolding front-end applications (dApps). The tool should accept command-line parameters and also display interactive menus to allow users to select any required options that were not provided as command-line parameters. Users should be able to select the front-end framework they would like to use, as well as whether they would like a template with minimal boilerplate or a demonstration template that provides examples of common Web3.js use cases.
