0.6.5 came out after this landed. I'll need to verify that 0.6.5 contains no additional changes to the data constructs.

use new "content_type" argument to specify either "aesgcm" (draft-01)
or "aes128gcm" (draft-04).
NOTE: Not all clients yet support Draft-04.
