I agree about scroll-target-group being a separate feature, it's for using HTML elements as HTML elements instead of pseudo elements.

scroll-target-groupwas listed in the linked CSS spec section https://drafts.csswg.org/css-overflow-5/#active-before-after-scroll-markers but I don't see it on https://raw.githubusercontent.com/web-platform-dx/web-features/main/features/scroll-markers.ymlIt seems to be listed in https://raw.githubusercontent.com/web-platform-dx/web-features/mainfeatures/draft/spec/css-overflow-5.yml so I chose to not include the
scroll-target-grouptests in this pass
