Empty span in .node-sublabel is causing visual artifact #1945
Description
Because of padding and background-color present in .node .node-sublabel there is a visual artifact of an empty span even when there is no text present. Happens in high contrast and normal modes.
Repro steps:
See any node that doesn't have a node-sublabel.
