Namespace trimming

Hi there, we made the mistake early on of picking a very long namespace prefix.

With codox, this means the rendering of the index is quite unusual

Would you consider an option for globally trimming the first few segments of namespaces?

(the alternative might be to fiddle with html/css but I am already scared 😄)
