Style single speaker page

This is the single speaker page. I don't remember if the session details are added automatically, or if that needs to be added to the speaker bio – @melchoyce I know you looked into this, where does the session content come from?

We'll need to manually add the session block to each speaker bio. I'm fine doing all the content entry for this.

(And we'll want to hide the minimal session info the template does show)

The speakers avatar is styled correctly now (well, except that we can only show a 96px sized avatar). There's some session info on the speaker page, but I think for now we wants to keep this blurb minimal (since it's also used in full on the speaker announcement posts).

Once sessions are public, we'll want to update each speaker to add their session block to the page. We'll also add a read more break before the session block, so that this doesn't load on the speaker announcement pages (announcements will also need to be updated to show excerpts instead of full content).

Each speaker post will have:

• speaker bio content
• read more
• separator
• "Session Details" header
• session block with all the speaker's session selected, showing the excerpt, with details & category.

Flipping this back to needs dev since the block setup described above should be styled to match the mockup.
