Hi, this PR add a manager.name or cluster.name filter to the app, who will filter the queries depending on the API that was selected before. If a certain API has an enabled cluster on it, the filter will be 'cluster.name', otherwise it will be 'manager.name'. It also opens /cluster endpoints up.
