Linter issues fixed. Added private constant maxVersion to Ride versions iota in order to automate CurrentMaxLibraryVersion function. Added test TestRideVersionCoverage to detect introduction of new library version. Added other tests that checks what Ride scripts can be compiled, estimated and evaluated with all possible versions of Ride.
