Step by step build instructions

Hi, I recently got a z8 and came across this project but I haven't been able to build it. I generally develop in .net on windows and I'm trying to build this on osx so I am a bit outside my usual environment. Any chance you could detail the build process for me? or even supply binaries?

Sorry, I had completely missed your message at the time. Thanks for pointing me at this group.
If you are still up for it, I'm planning some updates in the coming months, BUILDING.txt has fresh instructions on how to build the libraries. I uploaded 0.4 to pypi with OSX binaries and will try to see if I can add additional binary builds the coming period.
