Make it clear what is the best option for deploying the Wasp app for free

Before it was Fly and Railway, but now they both made their tiers a bit more restrictive so from what I get your Wasp app might easily fall out of free tier if it consumes to much credits.

So we should re-evaluate what is the best way to deploy Wasp app for free, and make that well documented or even automated.

One option that can probably stay free for longest is to dpeloy frontend on some static provider like Netlify or GH Pages, server on Fly or Railway, and db also on Fly or Railway or even on db provider that is more generous with free tier, like Supabase or some other.
