Support vim keybinding 'zz' to center line in screen in files #8364

Describe the solution you'd like?
When using vim keybindings a common need is to center the viewport on the current line. This is accomplished via 'zz' in vim. This is commonly used when navigating a file. Use 'j' or 'k' to move the cursor and then once to the bottom or the top of the screen type 'zz' to center the currently focused line in the viewport.
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
