Describe the bug
When navigating a diff displayed in the "Review code" view via either arrow keys or vim keybindings (i.e. j or k) the cursor scrolls off the page. The expectation is that the file will scroll, the cursor will remain visible, and the user can navigate the diff with keybindings.
To reproduce
- Create a file in a git repo (e.g. create a file with 1000 lines with content starting at 0 and incresing by one per line).
- Open the Review Code view.
- Click in a file diff.
- Attempt to navigate the file by moving the cursor off the screen.
Expected behavior
The cursor should not disappear. The file would scroll along with the cursor.
