Describe the bug

When navigating a diff displayed in the "Review code" view via either arrow keys or vim keybindings (i.e. j or k) the cursor scrolls off the page. The expectation is that the file will scroll, the cursor will remain visible, and the user can navigate the diff with keybindings.

To reproduce

  1. Create a file in a git repo (e.g. create a file with 1000 lines with content starting at 0 and incresing by one per line).
  2. Open the Review Code view.
  3. Click in a file diff.
  4. Attempt to navigate the file by moving the cursor off the screen.

Expected behavior

The cursor should not disappear. The file would scroll along with the cursor.
