[Ltx-Model] Improved tex model:
  - Reworked Ltx lexer/parser using TextParserInput
  - Fixed parsing of math environments by LaTeX shorthand commands
  - Added support of custom code scanners for embedded content in
    Ltx parser
[Wikitext] Added initial implementation for wikitext documents
    based Mylyn Wikitext and LTK/Docmlet framework.
