REST API

Hi,
I tried to use the REST api... with no success. How can i use it ? Is the oauth endpoint is
GET https://mydomain.com/oauth/request_token
Is someone can help-me to begin ?

Ok, but how can i access the endpoint with ie postman (Rest client) ? Do I have to open some ports ?
I've build PEPS on digitalocean.
