identicalCRS(x, y) is not TRUE #435
Description
Bug in RMD for chunk in uploading shapefile for background extent.
"identicalCRS(x, y) is not TRUE" related to penvs_userBgExtent.R lines 115 - 122. Also lines 109-112 can be removed.
