[V3] MacOS NSWindow Tabbing option #4964

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
On MacOS 10.12+ there's a setting for window tabs, see the image. Wails3 has Mac window options, but no option for window tabbing, and currently v3 respects the system setting. I require some windows to have their own frame.

As this is the opposite of multi-window, this should maybe even be set as disabled by default.
